EXPLORING OUR CAVIAR FACTORY
The revival and re-establishment of Azerbaijani caviar in the marketplace necessitated the transformation of the Neftchala farm into a modern, high-tech facility. We undertook extensive production reconstruction, incorporating Israeli water circulation technologies and leveraging the advanced expertise of European scientists. We implemented recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), enabling sturgeons to grow and develop under conditions identical to their natural habitat. The culmination of these efforts led to the establishment of a sturgeon breeding fish farm in Yenikend. Ongoing scientific research there focuses on studying endangered species of the Caspian Sea, and this is how Caspian Luxury Caviar is produced.

MAKING CAVIAR GREAT AGAIN
Our manufacturer became the first caviar producer in the history of national fish farming to introduce a closed water supply system (RAS) that replicates the natural life cycle of sturgeon in the Caspian Sea. We have developed a unique hatching method that encompasses all stages: initially, the fry develop in freshwater, and then the adult fish are transferred to saline seawater. As a result, the fish grow and develop under conditions identical to their natural habitat. Our production facility adheres to all technological requirements and the highest hygienic standards.
