OUR MISSION

At Caspian Luxury, we are dedicated to the preservation of sturgeon, an endangered species, and hold a deep reverence for these majestic creatures. Through our collaboration with the Blue Marine Foundation, we not only aim to halt sturgeon overfishing but also to safeguard their existence for future generations. For every glass and tin sold, we donate 10 juvenile sturgeons to the Caspian Sea, reaffirming our commitment to the protection of these magnificent animals and the ecosystems they inhabit.

AZERBAIJAN - THE HEART OF CAVIAR

One of our main objectives is to share the true story of caviar with the world. The origin of caviar is Azerbaijan, and we aspire to promote our traditional dish to be recognized globally as originating from its home country.

SAVING THE STURGEON

Another one of our objectives is to combat overfishing and prevent the extinction of sturgeon by releasing 10 young sturgeons into the Caspian Sea for every glass or tin sold.

ANIMAL HEALTH

We deeply care for our sturgeons, which is why we avoid unethical practices such as "Milking" and wild harvesting.

Safety and quality are of utmost importance to us. We place great emphasis on transparency regarding our breeding and cultivation techniques.
